The Narrow Path is a magic necklace in Pathfinder: Kingmaker.

- Upon equipping the amulet the character gets affected by Cursed Amulet permanent debuff.
- The debuff is applied only when you equip the amulet, if at that moment you are immune to curses then the debuff won't go through and you will be able to safely take it off even if you lose the immunity afterwards.
- The amulet gives +2 untyped bonus to AC.
- It also gives +2 untyped bonus to Saving Throws against attacks of Evil-aligned creatures.
- It gives no extra AC against attacks of Evil creatures.
- It drains levels from the user for every attack against Good-aligned enemies
- The attack must hit the target
- Does not work with spells that are not subject of touch attack, such as AOE spells and Boneshaker.
- Drained levels won't go away if you unequip the amulet.
- While level drain may sound bad, from the point of game when you get this amulet there will hardly be any Good-aligned enemies besides Nymphs and Hamadryads.
