Description[edit | edit source]

''Powerful magic hides these ancient ruins from the prying eyes of curious adventurers. Only those who have been personally invited by the master of this place may gain entrance - and escaping it is an entirely different question. History remembers many great heroes of old, whose valiant tales mysteriously ended in these parts.''

Notes :

  • This is a DLC dungeon.
  • There are 16 floors, with a boss every 4 floors. The dungeon floors become available as you progress through the main game chapters.
  • To get the 'true ending' to this quest, you need to find 4 quest items for each respective boss, one on every floor, before fighting each boss. If you found them, each boss will drop a fifth quest item. With those items you can question Xelliren about it to convince him.

Notable items needed for the 'true ending' of the quest :

  • Interview with the Weary Traveler (Floor I)
  • Mug of the Weary Traveler (Floor II)
  • Diary of the Weary Traveler (Floor III)
  • Scribble of the Weary Traveler (Floor IV)
  • Shield of the Weary Traveler (Floor IV Boss)
  • Book of the Fallen Magus (Floor V)
