Walkthrough[edit | edit source]
There are two separate quests for this character:
- One is to return with 3x each of 3 different plants. All of these plants can be found on this map, and one of them requires a high nature lore skill to pick properly.
- Alternatively, you can purchase the plants needed from Bokken at Oleg's Trading Post.
- Another is to return a large number (10?) of a single plant. These plants cannot be found on this map, but a new location ("Mud Bowl") is added to the map where they can be found. These plants don't require a Nature: Lore check to pick, so (other than going to the map and defeating the enemies there) it cannot be failed.Completing either of these two quests is enough to make her friendly to you -- allowing you to access her store and get more information about what is going on in this map. The reward for each quest (in terms of gold / XP / items) is minor. So, basically, it isn't a big deal if you fail this quest.
According to posts elsewhere on the internet (not recent) the mudleaf plants do respawn, but it takes > 1 in game year. If you really want to complete this quest, I'd recommend ignoring it and coming back at a later time (after solving the current crisis and the next crisis) and see if they have respawned. There is an encounter on optional encounter on this map that you aren't likely to be able to pass until this point in any case (several enraged greater owlbears), so...
TL;DR: This is a totally optional side quest -- if you miss it, no big deal. Beyond that, the plants in question may respawn, but not until an in-game year has passed.
