Scrolls

Scrolls are a type of single-use spell-casting item.

Use

Scrolls are expendable items that allow users to cast the spell written on it once. To use it, the reader must know how to cast the written spell, have the Use Magic Device skill, or it should be on the spell list of one of the reader's classes.

Arcane scrolls can also be used by magi and wizards to add a spell to their permanent list.

Note, that when in a settlement, healing and curing cleric scrolls can be automatically used without needing normal requirements.
