To get the mostly intact Mysterious Letter you will have to pass some skill checks:
- Perception DC 20 check to notice an interactive location by the bush, where the druid was hiding something
- Perception DC 28 check (+360xp) to examine the letter (and/or Detect Magic option), followed by Knowledge (Arcana) DC 28 check (+360xp) to figure out how the enchanted seal works
- Remove the seal without touching the envelope
This method preserves three quarters of the letter. If you simply take the letter from the bush, it disintegrates, leaving only a Fragment of a Mysterious Letter.
