Half-Elf trained to be a wizard, but is also a self-trained rogue. She is formerly a bonded servant of Numeria's Technic League and currently a friend of Regongar. She follows the goddess Calistria.
Octavia can hold the position of Regent in the court, or be charged with being the Magister, once the position opens.
