===Save the child from the Lizardfolk Village=== * At the Lizardfolk Village entrance you will be greeted by Kagar who will mention that Tig could be found in the village. The quest will begin if you haven't picked it up from Jenna Tannersen. * To free Tig you need to get into the village and deal with Count Shimmerglow. ** VERY IMPORTANT: Tig's survival is mostly dependent on Flag_LizardfolkFear key flag, if you end up fighting Count Shimmerglow you will normally need -2 or lower score for Tig to survive. More on that below. * You can enter the village in two ways: The main gates and the broken palisade to the east. ** To see the palisade entrance you need to pass Perception. Clicking on it begins Book Event (Lizardfolk Village - Palisade) in which you can either approach the lizardfolk or enter the Spirit Hut. * If you approach the Gatekeeper or get caught by lizardfolk after entering through palisade gap, you will be given several options to enter the village. * If you saved Rashor in Special Encounter (Rashor), you won't have to pass the checks or pay tribute to Gatekeeper. Otherwise your options are: *# Diplomacy *# Intimidate orange *#* (Gates entrance only) Failing [Intimidate] check while having Regongar in party will let you pass. *# Pay 5 Camping supplies and rations if you entered through the gates, or 10 Camping supplies and rations if you got caught after going through palisade gap. *# Attack. The whole village will become hostile. *# Leave (only if came to the gates) * If you pick the peaceful way, you will be sent to Lizardfolk King Vesket's hut. * You can ask him about the missing child and convince him to let you see the child in following ways: *# [Requires Lawful] *# [Requires Evil] + *# Diplomacy *# Religion (Requires to ask him several questions about his tribe to appear) *# Intimidate orange *# Attack. * Succeeding any of the checks lets you enter the village. Failing will leave you with two options: be banished from the village or attack. ** Being banished from the village will not let you enter again without a fight, except for entering through the palisade gap and going straight away for the Spirit Hut. ** Massacring the village is still a viable option. See interactions with Tig below. ** If you negotiated peacefully you will have access to several NPC inside the village. *** Virish in the Clutch Hut, next to the Vesket's hut. Make one of the alignment choices (or don't): ***# (Neutral Good) + yellow ***# (Chaotic Neutral) + orange *** Fashor next to the kennels: **** Diplomacy DC 20 for some XP **** Make one of the alignment choices (or don't): ****# (Neutral Good) + yellow ****# (Lawful Evil) + orange **** (Chaotic Evil) Attack. *** Tassath and Shalur at the garden. **** Make one of the alignment choices (or don't): ****# (Chaotic Good) + yellow ****# (Chaotic Neutral) You get yellow or orange at random, but no XP. ****# (Lawful Evil) + orange **** (Chaotic Evil) Attack * In Spirit Hut you can talk with Tig, rolling a hidden Religion in the start of conversation. ** "Don't be afraid, Tig. We'll get you out of here. Your mother loves you and is waiting for your return." yellow ** Asking him "Who or what exactly am I talking to?" opens up a Arcana answer option. ** Asking him "Who are you? A ghost? Evil spirit? I need to know who I'm dealing with." will open up an additional answer option as long as you passed hidden [Lore (Religion)] check. Regardless if you fail or not the [Knowledge (Arcana)] one. *** However, passing the [Knowledge (Arcana)] check will give you an answer option to use Glitterdust on Tig to reveal Count Shimmerglow. ** Finally, "And what influential personage would that be? If you mean a god, I don't know of any gods in the world matching that description." an answer option that requires [Lore (Religion)] check will award you +. * If you leave dialogue with Tig, Lizardfolk King Vesket and four Lizardfolk Sentinel (No Shield) will come in. * The main part starts if you say "Release the child immediately!" * If you used [Requires Evil] dialogue option with Lizardfolk King Vesket, the wisp will release the child straight away. * In all other cases he will ask you to bring him the rattler Kagar. You have several options how to proceed after that: *# [Use magic to make the spirit visible and attack] "I don't negotiate with monsters!" - if you passed the [Knowledge (Arcana)] check earlier and your party is able to cast Glitterdust as a spell or scroll. *#* You get to fight Count Shimmerglow alone. After that you exit Spirit Hut and Dialogue (Lizardfolk Village - Confrontation) happens and you get to fight Lizardfolk King Vesket and two Lizardfolk Sentinel (No Shield). *#* However if you let Lizardfolk King Vesket come in before that you get to fight everyone and the whole village will become hostile. *# Talk to Kagar and choose (Lawful Good) option. Count Shimmerglow will instantly kill Lizardfolk King Vesket. Kagar and Lizardfolk Sentinel (No Shield) will help you defeat Count Shimmerglow. *# Talk to Kagar and choose (Neutral Evil) option. Kagar will be killed and Tig freed. + * Alternatively, if you massacred the whole village then you have only three options: *# Use Glitterdust, same as above. *# Bring Kagar to Count Shimmerglow, Tig will be freed. + *# Kill Kagar, Tig will die and Count Shimmerglow gone.
