Jamandi Aldori's Mansion is the starting location in Pathfinder: Kingmaker. The mansion is the home of Jamandi Aldori, an Aldori Swordlord in Restov.

Background[edit | edit source]

This is the first location the game visits, and introduces the player to several future companions and plot related characters.

Jamandi Aldori has gathered several adventurers to form teams to claim disputed regions of the Stolen Lands in order to bring stability to area, and serve as a buffer against the political machinations of House Surtova.

Points of Interest[edit | edit source]

  • The Banquet Hall is the area the PC starts in and is given the quest which incites the plot. NPCs will slowly leave the Banquet Hall over time until the PC leaves to begin the next section of the game. The PC will also return to the Banquet Hall at the end of the prologue to release Jamandi Aldori from the Rift Channelers keeping her trapped and summoning creatures to attack her.
  • The Armory may be looted for several pieces of weapons and armor during the course of prologue.
  • The Courtyard holds a trio of assassins, a scripted interaction with Kaessi, allows you to recruit Harrim, a conversation with Kesten Garess, and an illustrated storybook episode leading to recruiting Valerie.

Characters[edit | edit source]

  • Amiri, a recruitable human barbarian companion from the Realm of the Mammoth Lords.
  • Ezvanki Keeg, a human cleric and the High Priest of Erastil in Restov. Ezvanki Keeg will be present in the Banquet Hall at the end of the prologue casting healing spells on Jamandi while she fights various summoned creatures.
  • Harrim, a recruitable dwarf cleric companion from Five Kings Mountains.
  • Ioseph Sellemius, the governor of Restov and one of the backers of the expeditions into the Stolen Lands.
  • Jaethal, a recruitable elf inquisitor companion from Kyonin.
  • Jamandi Aldori, an Aldori Swordlord and the principle backer of the expeditions into the Stolen Lands
  • Kaessi, a recruitable tiefling kinetecist companion from Qadira who may be recruited in Act II during the quest Sorrowflow. Kaessi is only present with the DLC The Wildcards.
  • Kesten Garess, the captain of the guard in the mansion, at later potential advisor for the PC's barony.
  • Linzi, a recruitable halfling bard companion who asserts herself as the biographer of the PC's adventures in the Stolen Lands.
  • Tartuccio, a gnome sorceror who serves as a temporary companion and eventual competitor in claiming the Stolen Lands.
  • Valerie, a recruitable human fighter companion from Brevoy.
