Walthrough
Talk to Octavia (1)
- Talk to Octavia in Tuskdale. You can proceed with the quest by (Chaotic Good) or non-aligned choice, or refuse the quest.
Meet Octavia's mother
- After you open Pitax (City) during War of the River Kings you will be able to enter Lonely Mansion location in it while Octavia is in party.
- Enter the Lonely Mansion, click on the Servant and after he opens the door enter the room where you will talk with Marchioness Clarida Della Fiorni.
- If you dash forward and open the door yourself it will close behind you after the conversation. It would require Trickery DC 38 to open it, and if you can't - you will lock your game (the puns).
- The result of the conversation depends whether you saved or left to burn the slaves during Cruel Justice.
- Trivia: there are also two more doors unlockable by Trickery DC 22 and 20 checks, but there is no loot to be found.

- If Octavia accepted her mother:
- Make alignment choice: (Chaotic Good), (Lawful Neutral), (Neutral), (Chaotic Neutral), (Lawful Evil), (Chaotic Evil)
- Receive Della Fiorni Crest (Octavia-only necklace, +6 Intelligence, +6 Charisma, +5 all Saving throws)
- If Octavia burned down the mansion:
- Make alignment choice: (Lawful Good), (Lawful Neutral), (Neutral), (Chaotic Neutral), (Lawful Evil), (Chaotic Evil)
- Octavia gains permanent buff Lethality (Octavia gains a +2 inherent bonus to Dexterity, and her sneak attack now inflict additional 1d6 damage.)
