A playwright you met during the Rushlight Tournament. He asked you to handle a problem with the river pirates. He is a husband of Talwyn Halmarion.

- First you meet him at Rushlight Fields during The Rushlight Tournament quest, he will ask you to deal with river pirates, starting The River's Justice quest. If you refuse the quest he will walk away and you will miss your chance on getting it.
- If you accepted the quest you could meet him later in Academy of Grand Arts part of Pitax (City). After you have dealt with Pitax River Bend locations, talking to him will initiate the event of confrontation between you, Walsh Celvoway and Vascari family.
