Armag can be found in the Flintrock Grassland area, during the main quest Hour of Rage or later in Armag's Tomb .
Actually beating Armag during his duel with Amiri in Hours of Rage is normally impossible: under normal circumstances, "defeating" Armag will simply initiate a cutscene in which Amiri is incapacitated by the Defaced Sister , and the quest proceeds as normal, with Amiri's "victory" potentially acknowledged later. However, by exploiting Coup de Grace during the duel (after, for example, hitting Armag with a Hold Person and hoping he bricks the saving throw), it is possible for Amiri to kill Armag and even loot his corpse, but this breaks the game: the assembled barbarian circle will remain in tact, cheering on Armag as though the duel is still occurring, and trapping you within it.

If Armag is made a chief of Tiger Lords tribe , then in Armag's Tomb he can be attacked, but not killed. He will constantly fall down and come back up after some time. You cannot loot him there. (Last Version:2.1.7b)
