Amalia is a character in Pathfinder: Kingmaker.

Biography

Amalia is a member of The Kingdom of the Cleansed, a cult that is encountered during the quest of the same name. She was introduced to the cult through her father, Ruthgert, the First Faithful, who serves as the cult's leader. She eagerly awaits sacrificing her life in the belief that doing so will save her soul from corruption the new, evil ruler of the lands has apparently sown. Previously a young girl with interest in fashion, romance, and city life, she has been brainwashed into becoming an obedient mouthpiece for the cult. Glimpses of her previous personality can be seen through her apparent crush on Tristian.

Interactions

At the beginning of Kingdom of the Cleansed, she will be the barker Tristian tracks down for questioning. Whilst useful in providing information (namely the location of the Secret Sanctum), her naivety is quickly apparent: She sees no issue in throwing her life away for her new Goddess, and doesn't believe the 'evil Baron/ness' being discussed by the cult could possibly be the player character as they seem 'too nice'.

You can attempt to kill her during your conversation, but Tristain will step in and stop you, prompting Amalia to run off screaming. Regardless of how your conversation ends, when her father initiates combat at the Sanctum, she is horrified by his behaviour, and flees the scene rather than join the attack on the {baron/baroness}.
